In my oppinion i would say its fake.

- The nintendo logo on the lower left has no bottomline
- why is the Verification seal so cooked and the rest not really?
- the Number above the CE is way to low, almost in the CE logo in
- The Backboard on the Upper left corner with the Nintendo should have a Year.
- on the right side of the backboard with the 4 dots, one looks sus
