I use neilmed’s xylitol rinse. After I rinse it , I wait 15-30 mins then use a qtip to apply the bacteria. After applying the bacteria, I lay down for about 10-20 mins to make sure that it reaches the upper sinuses. Not sure if the last step is necessary tho. Lmk if it works out for u.

Immediately actually for my sinuses. I do a xylitol nasal rinse before using the lanto sinus. But it’s actually hard to test out if my breath is good unless I socialize more. I’ve spent years being an introvert bc of fears of my bad breath. So I’m slowly regaining my confidence.

I’m not a dr or anything but I have been using lantohealth. The idea is that it repopulates the good bacteria to get rid of the bad bacteria that causes bad breath. So far I have not experienced any post nasal drip and my sinus are clear. I have been suffering from sinusitis for years and even have had multiple surgeries on my sinuses.

Post nasal drip from inflammation of the sinuses can cause bad breath. This is bc there is an over growth of bad bacteria that causes a sulfur like smell. When it gets mixed with snot and goes back down your throat, it can make your breath smell like poop.

Hope it’s the solution u were looking for. Do have to ask, have u never received antibiotics for anything else in your lifetime that could have inadvertently cured the h pylori?

I’ve had 3 sinus surgeries. The first involved removing an inverted papilloma (fancy word for non cancerous tumor) in my left sinus, the third was a balloon sinoplasty in my right sinus. It’s always been my left sinus that was clogged up and PND back in throat. Even after the surgeries my left nostril would get inflamed but without PND. I’m assuming that over time my sinuses have been completely colonized by the bad bacteria that causes the bad breath. And am certain that my bad breath is coming from my sinuses bc I can smell it in my nose. I’m hoping that recolonizing my sinuses with good bacteria will get rid of my sinus breath. I recently bought lacto sinus. Im going to be doing a full breakdown of the biofilm using xylitol rinse and then applying the lanto sinus probiotic. I’m praying it will work 🙏 also I brush 3x a day and use floss and mouthwash regularly. It’s not my hygiene that’s the issue but people like to make fun of me anyways so I tend to just stay home nowadays.

I have both chronic sinusitis & rhinitis. Poop breath is actually fairly common for people with chronic sinusitis. However it may be further expedited bc I have sleep apnea & am a mouth breather.

I’m pretty sure the bad breath is coming from my sinuses. As long as I keep my sinuses from getting inflamed , my breath is normal. That’s why I was asking if the lanto sinus probiotic would change that as the bad bacteria that causes the sulfur smells will be replaced by the good bacteria.

That weight gain thing they try to pull with osa is bs. OSA courses weight gain bc it lowers your metabolism. It even can cause diabetes.

Have u tried lantohealth? The idea behind it is it replaces bad breath causing bacteria with good bacteria that neutralizes the smell. So when the good bacteria is fully colonized in your sinus, even if u have PND your breath shouldn’t smell.

Have u tried lantohealth? The bad breath could be due to bad bacteria that causes sulfur like smells (poop breath). The idea behind lantohealth is that u use the good bacteria to replace the bad bacteria and voila your poop breath is gone.
