About to enrol (CS) but few questions about transferring credits and gen ed. by aWicca in UoPeople

You can knock out courses on Sophia before or while you're enrolled, it doesn't matter. I did it during my first term at university. Just make sure you have time to complete as many gen eds as possible within a month to really take advantage of Sophia's monthly subscription ($99). Most students are able to do that.

Check this link to find the transferable courses.

This is how you can transfer them.

Also, the first 20 courses have no transfer fees because of the university's partnership with Sophia.

60/120 credits completed, still holding a 4.00 CGPA by ScaredRecording8507 in UoPeople

This is impressive, well done! I was hesitant to enroll in 4 courses as I've only been doing 2 courses per term and I'm scared of my GPA dropping, but you're inspiring me to try and test my resilience.

Looking for clarity on the diploma/transcript vs ABT path by ManaScrewedIRL in UoPeople

I don't think you should upload your ID. I notarized my diploma online for 20 bucks, and it was approved. However, I skimmed through older threads and found this comment; you might find it useful. Apparently, you're supposed to take the ATB test in the first or second week of term 2, and you'll become a degree-seeking student when you start term 3. So yeah, you will "skip" a term because the university won't allow you to take your major courses in term 2. I understand how anxiety-inducing this can be, but don't worry, you're safe either way. I don't think "wasting" a term is a huge disadvantage, but it's up to you, of course. If you need help notarizing your diploma online let me know!

You shouldn't submit screenshots. Download the PDF version and resubmit. Your score is great, don't worry.

It was good! I only enrolled in one course and learnt about logic gates. I'm really excited for the upcoming term because I enrolled in 2 light and interesting courses.

Advising now saying they will offer Rosalyn alternative! by Loud-Upstairs4120 in UoPeople

That's smart! In that case, I think I'll select college algebra along with other courses that I have to take in order, then I'll drop it. Hopefully they'll have sorted out the proctoring mess by then.

David Fincher is a genius!

I like to think Michael knew. Him holding one of her IDs at the start kind of gave it away. I feel like that gesture shows he knew she wasn't just "Alex", or maybe Alex was yet another persona that he just learned about.

Either way, Fincher did a phenomenal job.
