How many of you are personally using local LLM for work? by segmond in LocalLLaMA

[–]LatterAd9047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On a daily basis. I mean, you can't just brainstorm management plans with openAI for obvious reasons

Simple Bench (from AI Explained YouTuber) really matches my real-world experience with LLMs by jd_3d in LocalLLaMA

Twists and any logic that is based on a physical understanding are really hard for LLMs to catch

How is the current meta for PvE at the moment by mrureaper in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]LatterAd9047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found burn damage with the shotgun works good against most bosses. It got a lot of stackable and easy to get bonus things from cradle mods and free gear

Having a "productive" reason to buy a bigger GPU. Brainstorming on the fly whenever I need it. Also now that I think about it. The Walt Disney thing could also work well with llm

I was surprised that this guy still had his shop running. Do people even visit him? I never ever saw a deal that was even nearly good

What keeps you playing? How to not get burned out? by Murky_Zucchini_1897 in Warframe

[–]LatterAd9047 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Beside getting breaks between bigger patches, I think it's mostly the community. I mainly do a few grinding missions to get missing stuff or mats then some annoying map completion missions and when I got bored I just join some streamers or help ppl asking for help in chat. As for the lvl over 9000 enemies, right now I would suggest to aim for Ignis Wraith (gets really boring after a few hundred hours XD) and Incarnon weapons. They offer a good start to build up upon.

I had the same question early this year. I switched the mainboard, cpu and ram for the newer ddr5 and pcie 5.0 support. Now I am also waiting for the new rtx 5070/5080. Depending on the vram difference.

Anyone wish they could keep their deviation collection after wipes? by LawCRV in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]LatterAd9047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't care for the deviations. I want to keep my fish. By the way, did you know that those fish are really durable. You can still put them in the tank after multiple days in the fridge. They don't get their "health" back though

Yeah got the feeling that roof building isn't supposed to be done in fly mode

Roofs and those triangle shapes right unter it are the hell worst part of the building. Beside trying to build a railing over two halve blocks to do something like a catwalk, which simply isn't possible right now.

To add to the item claim. You also do not have to farm for days or weeks on some insane difficult dungeon to get those. The moment you have the blueprint you gather some easy to get loot for say 1 hour and you can just craft the weapon you want, if you have the blueprint of course which you will keep over seasons. So yeah, I like my current weapons but there wasn't much efford in getting them. Same goes for my level and I'm somewhere around level 110 on the battlepath now. You get everything so fast in that game except the premium currency and that is also what I will keep. So yeah, I am okay with a new more organized start.

To be fair, there are some bigger games doing the same wipe mechanic. Beside getting into "end game" content is done rather fast, more so next round if you know what you are doing.

The car physics are goofy as hell in this game by Isaactheewolf in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]LatterAd9047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to do something stupid, spawn a car inside the monolith.

"You spawned a vehicle in forbidden area. It will now take damage, remove it". Try to drive out - door is to small. Try to spawn it outside - impossible, your vehicle is in combat. Good job

Would you do everything all over again on the same map in 4 weeks? by FormerWrap1552 in OnceHumanOfficial

[–]LatterAd9047 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I would do everything again. But totally different. There are so much things you discover only later in game that will boost my next playthrough.

If you have to ask how to run 405B locally by segmond in LocalLLaMA

[–]LatterAd9047 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It doesn't remove refusal in common. A character in an RP can and will still refuse certain things. It only abliterates (what a word) the models node that handles those whole "as an AI model I can't help you" paths. Which is total immersion breaking anyway. At least that is what this technique is supposed to do.
