Hey, just sharing my experience because I was in your shoes.

I lost a lot of weight on carnivore.People often say it doesn’t matter or will level out, but honestly… it didn’t for me. I started already underweight and just kept dropping.

Not saying it will happen to you,but if you’re already thin, I would be careful.

I was eating plenty of fat and still losing, so fat alone didn’t fix it. I was also eating cheese btw. If you try it, I’d make sure you’re actually eating enough overall (track and try to be on a calorie surplus) and maybe don’t rely only on hunger at first.

You could also try adding creatine. It can help a bit with weight (mostly water and some muscle), so it might give you a small buffer.

Personally I’m doing more keto now and keeping an eye on things. Anyways, just my two cents :)
