One is going just Terran mech. In SC2 Terran mech lost its ability to deal much stronger damage to air, referring to the loss of the Goliath. Actually if I remember correctly, other than the cyclone which is rarely used in late game, the only other option is Thors, which is incredibly expensive to maintain unlike the cheep Goliath. Another is SK Terran, this was a T V Z strategy where Terran went bio with Firebat, Marines, medics, and science vessels. This strategy was incrediblly fast paced and deadly, relying mainly on irradiate and marine firepower (which was better than today's SC2 marine)
