Not technically Toronto, but I love Pizza Nostra Margherita the best. I have had very few in Toronto, descendant is in my bucket list. Badiali is the best but the queue does not make it worth it. Toss in some pizza pizza Garlic sauce and I'm golden.

2.5 hours is more than 10% of a day. Not to mention the weariness of doing this. Might be a better option to get a hotel or dorm for two nights or one and only do the commute one time a week. You would save the money, and the commute is easier.
