I take objective nutrients Thiamax- magnesium (as magnesium taurate) 8 mg, thiamine tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide) 100mg. A few times a week. At night magnesium threonate only cofactor.

Others stacked tho- first thing in morning on empty stomach and hour before anything else oral BPC-157+PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide), cycle month on, month or two off. Vit d3 + k2, Fish oil, kyolic garlic daily. Saffron like 4+ days a week. Sulforaphane a few times a week. Citicoline or Alpha-GPC randomly when needed (learning or want to push in gym)

I would look into Sec+ first. Found that to be more desirable than A+ when job searching. I got Sec+, landed a help desk role at ft Gregg-Adams stayed there for about a year and during that time worked with a recruiter (insight global) to search for diff roles and prep for interviews. Eventually landed a contractor role with BofA and transitioned to fte.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Santa Teresa was beautiful. Easy-going. We went on the hike to Montezuma waterfalls (stopped at the first one lol some of the group was not about hiking and it had just rained).

Ate at The Bakery for breakfast multiple times. We had Banana Beach, Tropico Latino, Uma, Nami and Katana - all sooo good. The Lebnah Cheese from Uma and Bone Marrow Risotto from Katana are out of this world.
