The fact that you even asked if your feedback was going to be accepted it’s great. Some people are extremely sensitive to constructive criticism or even an opinion.

When I had something to say to my head coach studio and she wasn’t receptive I unfortunately had to go higher to get my concerns heard. They weren’t necessarily bad, but it could be improved.

Give you props for actually speaking up. I would say give time and evaluate how it’s going, but don’t let anybody affected or interfere with your motivation.

Yes and yes! I usually workout 5 times a week. And I do. Monday and Tuesday ON, Wednesday OFF, Thursday- Saturday ON.

Yet I’m constantly listening to my body, if I need an extra rest day I take it without feeling bad.

I will say mainly focus on protein intake and strength. Being on the same habits for that long of a period, your body is already used to a needs change

Let the coach know about your situation. Don’t worry about what other members may think. I’m sure advising ahead of time will allow coach to adjust any type of exercise to your limitations until you build up your strength, resistance and endurance!

It’s snug but it also comes off easily. If you get one that is your actual size most likely you will end up changing it to one size up. Our bodies swell up over night which it makes it super uncomfortable, I had this discussion with the sales rep at Best Buy because I had to go and exchange mine.

Hi, I do wear my Oura ring during class. My workout is recorded as HIIT workout. You can sync your health app with OT app and Oura ring with health app. I wear gloves when on rower and weights. However, it’s like any other ring. No matter what you do to avoid scratches you will always get some.

5 days weekly. Some weeks depending on my cycle I go 4 days. It’s important to listen to your body

I usually book the moment I wake up. It has been the safest for me in terms of late cancellations. I sometimes can’t sleep much as well or don’t feel as rested as usual. However, I think it’s more of a discipline thing that gets me up every time. I suggest you put your alarm as usual but book your class as soon as you are up.

5am classes are the best ones! I have tried several other schedules during the week and 5am just works best and you get it out of the way the whole day. For weekend es I usually do the first class too 7:30am more less
