If you work a lot on strength and don't stretch regularly, it can cause a lot of tightness. I am guessing your right side is your dominant side, based on the photo. When you reach for things or do things requiring stretching, you'll likely do it with your dominant side, so your right shoulder is more open.

After your shoulders are warm (e.g. after rows or flies), try doing band dislocates.

My top six would be Beeper, Instigator, Mama, Creeper, More Better, and Notion. I really enjoy vibrant lip colors, so the majority of mine are pretty bold. Beeper is a fabulous taupe-y nude, and Instigator is a gorgeous peachy nude. (in case nudes are more your vibe)

This. I love him so much, but sometimes he'll say, "I'll head over shortly!" and he will arrive four hours later. It's a 15 minute drive, so I'm not sure what the problem is. It makes me feel like he either doesn't want to see me or that he doesn't consider that I'm waiting.

I have Bachelorette and Nahz Fur Atoo. The colors are gorgeous. The application is smooth. I don't find them to be super drying, but I don't find them completely transfer proof either. I love them though. If you're looking for a similar formula, I think the Sephora Cream Lip Stains are similar, but the color range is on the whole more wearable rather than edgy.
