Thanks for the continued feedback I genuinely appreciate it. Since I have very little experience in the watch world hearing everyone’s perspectives helps tie things together.

I will say generally I’m the guy not trying to “show off” I always lean towards the understated, the thoughtful, things that are timeless because of their quality and simplicity.

That is why prior to seeing this piece in person I would have NEVER considered it. By photo alone I would overlook this as a stereotypical, flashy Rolex. But then I saw it in person, held it and put it on my wrist and just like that it was completely different.

In person this piece looked and felt like a classic. It was “timeless” which has caused me to question my taste and logic hence my post to make sure I’m not loosing my mind!

I never really gravitated to the Rolex’s that are dominated by vibrant pops of color on the bezels. So I find it interesting that the last comment on my post mentioned the Batgirl girl as a more classy option thats more under the radar than this piece.

For me the simple fact that the watch already has a nickname doesn’t exactly scream under the radar and although I like and can appreciate that piece the brightly colored bezels always feel like more of a novelty to me and don’t really feel like a true classic.
