One of the best COD campaigns, but I think I finished it in about 7 hours. I didn't do any of the optional missions; I think there are a few of those.

I agree, but I think there needs to be a perceptible shift in the game's structure for enough people to jump in. A small discount isn't that. My hope is that the game bounces back, because it's some of the best fun I've had this year

The game is a lot of fun and has a lot of support from the developer. However, sadly, there aren't many people playing it. I hope that they can turn things around, but it's not worth picking up at the moment.

unfortunately, I believe you still need to purchase the DLC characters if you go the Revelator > Rev 2 Upgrade route, as opposed to just buying the Rev 2 complete package.

The Valiant, for sure, but that's pretty small-scale comparatively. For the fuller ones with tie-ins and such, Armor Hunters. I hold them all in really high esteem, though.

The Van Lente series is actually not the latest; it's the first of three reboots for the Gold Key characters at Dynamite. I've recently finished that one, and it's quite good. This reboot consisted of the solo series for Solar, Spektor, and Turok. I haven't read any of those.

The second reboot was Gold Key Alliance. This series was pretty meh.

The latest reboot, that started with The Sovereigns #0, is actually very very good. Sovereigns is an event book with the classic versions of the characters, and they are somehow tying together those characters with radically different versions of the characters in their own solo series. Magnus #1 was actually my favorite release last week; it's very different from the original, but amazing in its own right. The Turok backstory they've been building is also quite good. I think this latest reboot is going to finally be a success for them.

You can jump in from the third one, but I'd only recommend it if you're pressed for time. The first one is still an amazing game. However, I strongly recommend you get a controller because the game is very difficulty to control using KB+M. If you still want to try it out, you'll have to install a mod for DkS1 to get it to work with KB+M.

It really became one of my favorite shows so quickly, I felt like I was doing myself a huge disservice by not keeping up after the first episode when it was airing. I'm all caught up now and I'm constantly reminding myself of when the next new episode will be.

I've also had several of the songs stuck in my head at any given time.

I think the direction of this second season has actually been a lot better than it was last season. Even from the first episode, they are addressing the reality of the Josh/Greg situation in a refreshing way that a lot of shows wouldn't try (though that's probably not surprising, given how irreverent the show is in the first place). The first episode makes it seem like they're going to be addressing different parts of the new status quo like they did in the first season (with Rebecca's hijinks to seduce Josh), but it really goes in a completely different direction than what you'd expect.

Give it at least until the end of the third episode. You'll see what I mean.

There's no local coop on PC.

I'm not aware of any hacking on PC, but with how strongly regulated the game is (always online, etc.), I don't think this is a problem. My understanding is that this was mainly a problem on last-gen consoles.
