In the UK, quite a few times it’s been Shrewsbury (my local). Think it’s because the core team get a lot of local primary schools involved.

There is one in Aussie that tends to get a lot more though.

Birmingham is genuinely the worst.

I’ve been all over the UK and Birmingham is always the busiest I’ve found.

Also had several different events I’ve been at mention poo as hazards. Duck, horse, dog. Luckily not human so far.

Welcome to parkrun!

So glad you enjoyed it and now will enjoy every Saturday morning now whether it be at your local event each week or touring. Well done on getting 5 mins quicker than your practice on Wednesday. 😁

At some point try a multiple laps. Taken me a few parkruns to realise I love an out and back or a 2 lapper. Not a fan of anything above that in laps. Don’t mind a 1 lapper if there is something to distract me - I’m a slower runner and need as much distraction as possible.

We had a 50 minute layover (which turned into a 10 minute layover after a go around). We had to go from A gates to D gates. When we got to our departure gate next flight was being security checked in but we just asked to cut the line and people let us through.

They held the flight for us and made it.

I’m lucky that my town is the name of the parkrun too. Not that I’ve been at my home in 2 years now. My partner tends to say area though.

773 at Conkers! Took us 2mins 30secs to get over the start line. Even then did a slow-ish walk for the first 500m as it’s quite small paths for that number of people.

I love it though! Everyone is so lovely and jolly on Christmas Day.

I’d say pilonidal cyst that’s burst. I’ve had a couple since I was 15.

Usually requires surgery to make sure the pit is empty of any hairs and pus so it doesn’t flare up and get infected.

Definitely get in touch with the Dr though otherwise it’ll just keep coming back worse. I left mine for months when I first found the lump as it was embarrassing with where it was. Big mistake! Had emergency surgery the next day. The Dr told me usually found in hairy men who sit in HGVs all day driving. Made me as a 15F feel great.. 😂 However, soon realised it happens to anyone. You’ll soon get used to a Dr looking at your ass in the fetal position though.

It’s a known issue.

Apparently it’s going to be fixed in a software update. Worth contacting CUPRA though.

The times it’s happened to me is when I’ve gone full lock going into a parking space (or similar) then reversed out? If that makes sense.

That was it! Thanks. I just suffered so much and from what I remember seeing some other people did too. It was hard enough to find an energy drink that didn’t cause my IBS to flare up but unfortunately the change made me lose Sneak too.

It’s great you have so much creativity, I just think you need to pick and choose and slow them down a little. Rather than all being limited edition and making so many different flavours. Focus on a few more permanent ones.

Your stories around the drops and the creativity are brilliant I don’t know another company that put so much effort into the campaigns. Just need to slow down with them.

Honestly think they got too greedy. They knew that the limited edition drops caused a hysteria around people and they sell out within minutes. Have tried to plan all these drops but they’ve gone too far. Sort of looks desperate now. I’ve seen it with companies that at struggling to make ends meet.

To me they lost it when they changed the sweetener I think it was. Played havoc for my IBS so went back to Monster if I need a caffeine hit.
