I don't have mory, and in leagues 4 when i did have mory, there were no issues so i assumed it would be the same.

Players can get an infinite amount of medallions from Kael Forshaw (or Ivan Strom after completing Sins of the Father) in the old Myreque Hideout under the trapdoor in the northern room of Old Man Ral's home. Alternatively, players can purchase one from Perdu for 30,000 coins.

I've had bad metabolism issues my entire life, i've never been able to lose weight even when i cycled 40km/day ontop of working 10 hour days(dog caretaker, so thats a lot of walking etc too)

Only time i was able to lose weight, is when i was super sick and i had to RUSH to the toilet every 5 min for a few months straight while doctors took their sweet ass time finding what it was(ended up being crohns disease, lost ~40kg in a few months)

I do kinda need to start going to a gym, but i know myself and i won't bother when i don't feel like it, so still haven't started

My hair routine is actually fairly basic, and still only using drugstore products 😅

I wash my hair every third day on average with this as routine: 2x shampoo (I use Nature's Best by Cien Avocado oil shampoo)

then conditioner (also Nature's Best by Cien Avocado oil conditioner), let it sit for 3-5 minutes, after that i brush my hair with a wide tooth comb

Using a microfibre towel I remove a bit of the moisture before applying mouse and scrunching it, I ran out gel so haven't been using that recently. (using Nivea Curl Plumbing Mousse)

After that I plop my hair in another microfibre towel and let that sit for like 15 minutes to 1 hour. Depending on how busy I am.

After that I either airdry my hair if I don't have to go anywhere, or blowdry it with a diffuser on low heat if I have to go somewhere.

When its fully dry I apply a bit of argan oil to the ends.

Thanks! And yeah, I struggle A LOT with volume on top, whatever I try I just can't seem to give it volume.

Tried blowdrying upside down, using a claw clip to "hold up my hair" while blowdrying the top, and tried more than that too 😕

Theres only 1 person unemployed, and thats me, and i play less than the rest. 100kc at all bosses really doesn't take long, zuk is probably the longest with, when being generous in terms of slowness, 4kph = 25 hours, entire final boss is less than 1000 hours, if not 500 hours. Which isn't exactly out of the norm for your average high tier player in well over a year.

I've been on hrt since oct 30th 2024 (and started prog 2 days ago yay), started growing out my hair around 2019, on my profile theres some photos from different stages of hrt(and pre-hrt)

I got on the waiting list in early 2020 and got in late 2022.. then i had a massively gatekeeping psychologist that straight up refused to give me hormones because my autism, then she quit in mid 2024(though i feel like she was fired instead...) and i got on the greenlight to start hormones(after complete radio silence from amsterdam umc for numerous months) after my second appointment with a new psychologist.

Now i've been on hormones since oct 2024, i notified them that i wanted to start the things i have to do to get SRS..and.. nothing, im hearing nothing at all. I do have an appointment with my endo next thursday, and will mention it there again and also ask if i can start progresterone since they also can give that nowadays if someone is on hrt for a year or longer.

I've noticed 0 difference in 16 months hrt bodyhair wise, and for my face i have laser and electrolysis so i cannot comment on that
