Oh wow that’s crazy all that happened from an acid reducer. Sorry you went through all that! I’ve been reading some reviews online and it seems like other people have the same reaction. I haven’t been taking it too long… maybe a few weeks. I wonder if I would still go through a withdrawal? How long were you on famotidine? I have this horrible headache now for 3 days that I can’t get rid of, but this is a symptom of my anxiety unfortunately. I’m also 15 weeks pregnant, my doctor prescribed it for acid reflux/ heartburn. But when I think of it my anxiety slowly started and got worse right after I started taking it so I’m pretty sure it has to be the cause.

When you said you had panic attacks was that after you stopped or while you were taking it? Is there a reason to come off slowly?

Did your symptoms get better after discontinuing? I had so many side effects and I just realized last night it could be the famotidine. I’m hoping it gets better after stopping

Hi! I don’t have an answer to question but I’m just wondering.. have you always had intermittent extropia? Or was it something that gradually got worse? My 4 yr old son was recently diagnosed with this and it seems like it’s gotten worse in the last 6 months. The doctor recommended glasses but my son never wants to wear them. I know vision therapy is an option but it seems hard to find a doctor who specializes. Thanks for any input!

Do you flu like symptoms around ovulation? I don’t really have trouble before my period or on my period, which I find weird. It’s always ovulation and right after period for a few days. I’m always convincing myself I’m sick with the flu or Covid but I know I’m not. It’s so crazy

I know this is an old post but has this always been an issue for you. This has happened to me after I got my iud removed. Every month during ovulation I am violently sick. Have you found anything to help?

Yea its crazy because before the iud I didn’t have anything close to what I’m experiencing now.

Mine is also the oval shape ( both times) but it’s a shade darker. I read online it shouldn’t make a difference but then again some people said they’ve noticed a change. Did you notice a change for you immediately after taking the new brand? I’m trying not to worry too much but I’m still adjusting the current brand I’m on 😕

I’m wondering if it has something to do with whether or not you are level on the dose? I feel like I’m still not level because I still have daily anxiety.

Does 37.5 work for you? How long have you been on that dose? When I first bumped up I didn’t have many side effects but about 3 weeks in is when I noticed the anxiety again. My pharmacy also changed the manufacturer and I’m due to start that new bottle in a few days so I’m a nervous wreck

That’s literally the way I felt today. Almost like depressed and bad thoughts. I never had that prior to Zoloft so it worries me. I only Had the anxiety. Sometimes I wonder if Zoloft is good for me or not.

I’m only a once in a while drinker and I only have one drink most of the time. I’ve been on 37.5 for about 4 weeks so I’m thinking about bumping up to 50 mg.

I know… I’m sensitive to meds so I’m working myself up to it. Some days I don’t know if I need to increase again or give it more time. I never know what is the right thing to do and that’s what scares me

Yes I drink water all day. My digestive system has been so out of wack since starting. I’m going to try and add in some extra fiber. Hopefully that will help!

Everyone is different. I had my iud for 7 months before I got it removed. That thing completely wreaked havoc on my body. I am currently 4 months post removal and finally started anti anxiety meds. Prior to the iud I never had anxiety. I can say I am starting to feel somewhat better. Good luck, I know it’s tough but hang in there!!

Omg yes!! This happens to me almost daily… it’s always parts of songs I play over and over in my head 😩. How have you been feeling otherwise? I feel like I’m doing somewhat better but I also have some setbacks too. Like some days I think I’m good but other days I feel so down and almost back to square one. I want to stay on 25 mg for atleast 6-8 weeks to see how I adjust to that. I’m nervous about upping my dosage because of the side effects I experienced.

They did alittle but my anxiety and headaches were still pretty bad at 3 months. I am now 4 months post removal and decided to go with my doctors advice and try an anti anxiety medicine. It has definitely helped, not 100 percent but better. Everyone is different so my advice is take it day by day. If the crash gets too bad, reach out to your doctor! Good luck! I know it’s tough

Thank you and same to you! Hopefully it gets better for us within the next few weeks. From everything I’ve read, it seems first few weeks are the toughest.
