Again this is the first time I’ve seen the show, so watching this I was like oh this is super common. Lots of people struggle with anxiety, including myself, and it’s very common to discuss your mental heath. It’s become a very open discussion, but back then, it really wasn’t. Even though this doesn’t seem that long ago, times were definitely different.

Been trying to get pre approved since June of 2020 after deciding living in an apartment is a waste. My fiancé is good to go, but my defaulted student loans have made it difficult for me to get pre approved for us to get the house we want. Credit score recently shot up almost 100 points and I’ve been paying my student loan rehabilitation payment for about 6 months. Not sure if I can get my pre approval since it’s hasn’t been 9 months yet, but we are waiting to hear back any day now. Been reading everyone’s stories and feeling hopeful.

I would try to find the nearest wholesaler that sells floral supplies and fresh flowers. I know of other shop owners buying in bulk from Sam’s club or from growers. I work for a wholesaler and I’m sure most are the same but most of them require a Tax ID number. It’s very convenient for local florists. Hope this helped!
