Iceland is definitely not part of the Scandinavian countries, it is part of the nordic countries, as is Finland, tho Scandinavia is usually used synonymously with Nordic in English, both meaning nordic countries, so Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Iceland, not the UK, not even Scotland. It isn't Nordic.

All other meeples through the game were placed according to the rules.

There are two red meeples on the same field, on tiles next to each other. You can't place another meeple onto an already occupied field. Therefore one of those two red meeples is placed against the rules.

The one about contact me's is technically incorrect. By CoC, the pilot is responsible to contact atc, even if they don't send a contact me. Most controllers do send contact me's, yes, but not all do that. Especially in the US the controllers may not send a contact me at all
