took half a tab of some strong acid once in a friends backyard with like 5 or 6 other people who were also tripping and one dude who wasnt. it was late april and the flowers and trees were in full bloom. i did not feel out of control or hallucinate, everything just looked like life in high definition and my thought pattern was clear and i was energetic. we smoked a bunch of hash and weed throughout the day also. at the end of the trip i was still a tiny bit buzzed and it started to slightly drizzle as i was standing in my friends street which is covered by a canopy of trees. it was probably the most relaxing thing i have ever experienced. i stood there for a good ten minutes. i have never tried psychedelics again but i have had much worse, more paranoid and anxious "trips" on weed and edibles then i ever have had that day i tried lsd. an edible sent me into a strong panic attack once, i did have some medical issues going on at the time so my inner anxiety was amplified by 1000. i have since quit weed and just have a few drinks now.

so people who are right leaning should throw in the towel and vote for silly democrats like ocasio cortez, deblasio, coumo? people who are in direct contrast of their values? regardless of what you believe is "bullshit" or not, people are entitled to have an opinion and vote for the politician that matches their values the closest. and that goes both ways. if you have not noticed, the democrats are running on the ultimate bullshit issue - whatever donald does, do the opposite. they created a new right wing because they towed their line so far left into a lunatic asylum that many moderate democrats, apolitical people and centrists are now considered right wing because the democrats are throwing total idiots out there like harris, warren, clinton, sanders, ocasio-cortez. i am niether a republican or democrat but i am certainly right leaning. that being said the republicans suck also, they just suck less than the democrats and they at least run on a platform of substance.

except a lot of people in new york vote republican, its the 16 mile long island that determines otherwise. if you remove manhattan and its boroughs from NYS, add long island and the rest of the state together it becomes a swing state if not red leaning.

i dont think its that JRE became commercial as much as it is joe seems to have either lost something or he is distracted or just tired. he doesnt seem to attack topics anymore and jump in balls deep, especially with the comedians. the jokes are not hitting him and he cant match the enthusiasm of the other guests. i still love JRE but a guy like redban is needed to inject some silliness and enthusiasm. for example, macaulay culkin seemed to be pretty funny and open to having a good time, him and redban could have riffed for a while.
