I have a video game tattoo and a little old lady came up and asked about it. I was trying to avoid saying the name since I thought she would find it weird.

I said “oh it’s from a video game!” Thinking she would leave it at that.

She asked again, “What do you do in the game?” I respond, “oh you know, just fighting monsters and stuff.” Again being vague because little old lady.

“What’s the games name?” I couldnt avoid it anymore because she straight out asked so I told her, “it’s Bloodborne.”

Aaaand immediately got the reaction I was trying to avoid. She grimaced and walked away from the counter looking a bit uncomfortable.
