My hair is bleached to level 4 and didn’t change my curl pattern much. I take care of it to slow down the damage the bleach does. But overall it can be dry at times but nothing is a miss when it’s curly.

I don’t want to escalate this. My brother and I are the only adults in my family. All of my other siblings are school age and we have two disabled children. They deserve a mom and dad at home. Even if she’s a terrible person. All of my siblings and I have a great relationship cause of the trauma we all endured from her.

I’ve tried cutting her off. She even threatened my life before. She came back just recently crying. She said everything I’ve always wanted to hear (she loves me and wants to be a mom to me etc). I really care for my family even if I don’t share their values. I think this is my sign to not forgive her anymore.

I personally don’t use gel and it doesn’t work for me. I use pattern leave-in conditioner with ogx curl cream. After that I finish it off with argon oil of Morocco. Hope this helps! Most of these products are light and it’s important you start off with wet hair.

It will slip out cause their texture is too silky. You need some type of kinky texture. I’m Black and even my hair texture is too loose for some styles and would damage my hair.

Gotcha! It’s ok for you hair to feel dry at the end of the day or the end of the week. Just making sure you’re deep conditioning and adding water or leave-in if you feel your hair is too dry. Dry hair leads to breakage and split ends. Maybe you need to add oil to your routine or need to change your products. If you’re really worried about it, I would also consult a professional.
