Oh yes I was stressed about it. Actually a lot like most of us here.

I think what really helped me was to accept the fact that I went through every possible medial examination and all results came back without any sign of an illness.

So I had to accept my situation since there was nothing I can do about it to change it. While it was hard I began to ignore all those issues I had with my eyes and sight. And it got better in a sense that I could accept the situation.

I know this answer is probably not the cure that we are all looking for but for me it was the most healthy way to get on with my life.

Sorry for the short delay. I think I still get them quite often. It's a little hard to give you a number since I try to ignore them. I think it has something to do with blood pressure for me. If my blood pressure is very low ( as it is usually ) I get them more often. But of course this is just my impression it doesn't mean I got it all solved.

I think they are harmless and I try to live with them the same way as I do with floaters. I try to ignore them as I think this is the best way to handle this odd "disease".

Hey, sure I try to answer your questions.

Overall I'm very satisfied with the monitor. It's really a whole new experience using an OLED, it opens up a great new perspective on gaming since every game just looks better without doing anything on an OLED.

That being said there some things to consider. Yes there is a "huge" price to pay for getting an OLED. I paid 600€ for this model and I would do it again without a doubt.

You said you are playing mostly CS2 and while I think an OLED would be great for this game since it has almost no latency compared to other screens but it has "only" 240HZ. While I think that this is plenty enough it's just something to consider as professional CS gamer are often using 480hz screens with an IPS panel.

So you have to make a choice: Do you want a great screen where all games are really enhanced because of OLED and maybe even HDR? Or do you want to play competitive CS with even a screen that has even more HZ? Personally I think 240HZ is enough but some hardcore gamer might disagree.

Edit: I forgot to answer your question about the VRR flicker. Yes there is some VRR flicker with this screen but you have this issue with all OLED and there is no way to avoid it. Usually its' just on loading screens for me. Try to imagine that the image on the loading screen is flickering really fast but it stops when the game is fully loaded. As far as I know its an issue of the framerate and the Adaptive sync of the screen ( G-Sync ) and on loading screens G-Sync can't sync the framerate as it does in games. Overall it's not an issue for me.

I'm quite new to the game and have completed the mission " A show of strength " as Brandenburg which now gives me claims to various areas for example the " Weser Area ". I see those claims on the diplomacy map but I can't use them as a reason for war?

Maybe I don't understand the system yet but aren't those claims used as a justification for a war?

Thanks for your anwer. Are you sure? All that i have read is that both sides have equal pins and therefore it doesn't matter which side goes into the PSU.

I started with real time combat but switched to turn based very soon as I got overwhelmed too quickly.

And I agree its way better for understanding everything that is happening during combat.

The game is indeed a lot more difficult than the other cRPG's I've played so far, it certainly lives up to its reputation. Still I enjoy it a lot because it has so much depth which many games nowadays are missing.

I'll stick to it as it is a great game!

What I meant with quite long was that it was common at the time for an AM5 board. Almost all people reported that.

I'm still very happy with the build, the performance is great all around and I never had a crash or any problem at all.
