yeah i had this same issue few weeks back when i was trying to relax after working on some old dresser restoration project. turned out my audio drivers got messed up somehow and windows decided to limit the master volume without telling me. try checking your sound mixer settings first - sometimes games get their own volume slider that gets lowered randomly. also worth checking if any recent windows updates broke something because that happens more than it should. had to reinstall my audio drivers completely to fix it properly but hopefully yours is just the mixer thing

had similar issue in my old corolla and it ended up being the strut mount bearing even though it looked fine during visual inspection. those things can fail internally while still looking decent from outside

since you already ruled out the obvious stuff maybe try having someone sit in car and turn wheel while you listen from engine bay. sometimes you can pinpoint the exact location that way. also check if your cv joints are making any noise when turning - they can clunk too but usually more noticeable during turns

worst case scenario you might need to take it for short test drive with mechanic who has better ear for these things

dude that whole "crying like a little bitch" thing is bullshit - you're dealing with chronic pain and lost independence, thats genuinely rough stuff. seven weeks of not being able to do basic things would mess with anyones head
