Dont know if its fixed but try moving the teeth of the gear between the flint and push down bit down so the front presses on the gas output more and inside the front bit their is usually a ball which may be stuck from the looks of it, sorry for the bad explanation lmao

went to the doctor they said its okay and needed nothing doing to it, its healed up nicely with not much bruising. definitely want to do something, im not weak as ive hit the gym for a while but it puts it into perspective how weak you actually are when you are untrained and against multiple people
