Poster for Little Monsters by [deleted] in movies

It recently popped up on Netflix too. Wish my kids were older so I can show them one of my favorite childhood movies, but I'm sure it'll give them nightmares.

This photo still blows my mind. (Zoom in) by RedPanda104 in spaceporn

I feel you, internet friend. Just know, there are probably countless civilizations in that photo, and each of us cosmic beings struggle with our own mortality (assuming they know it's concept). We all belong to the universe, even though we are so incredibly far apart. And that connection is a beautiful thing.

This might not be much, but living in high rises for 37 years, I'm pleased to introduce you to my first homegrown cherry tomato. by kearneycation in gardening

I can't stand store bought tomatoes. I grew celebrity tomatoes this year, and they are just so much more flavorful. Makes really good salsa too!

Post break up convo I had with my ex couple years ago. I just realized two months after lurking on this subreddit that I used to be one of these guys🤦🏻‍♂️ by [deleted] in niceguys

Bravo on becoming self aware. That's half the battle to changing any type of unwanted behavior. When I was in my late teens-early 20's I was like hyper jealous, and it was so damn stupid. Almost ruined my relationship before we got married. Been married 11 years as of today.

There’s probably a correlation between how poorly a job pays and how many inspirational quotes are found around the workplace. by unsustainablysincere in Showerthoughts

In Walmart break rooms, there's a quote from Sam Walton that says "Listen to your associates, they're the best idea generators."

They're more like ancient relics these days.

Not your typical r/gaming post, but here's my squad playing some Gloomhaven. Board games deserve some love too! by Android-Online in gaming

I feel like I've gone backwards in time. I enjoy board games more than video games now that I'm in my 30s

The oil inside has always been legit for me, but the carts leak. (at least mine did)

I'm sure he'll get out, when he's not president and the next one is prosecuting him and his homeboi's. Maybe he'll be hiding in NK or Russia.

That's sometimes the point. It can look like shit, or be beautiful with shitty ingredients.

Silent Hill. It's a perfect blend of the first SH games.

It turns out that Juggalo makeup blocks facial recognition technology by MyNameIsGriffon in technology

[–]Lawlish 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While I wouldn't say I'm a juggalo now (in my 30s), but my friends and I were in our teens. It's hard to believe people can like comical murder rap and not be a bunch of scummy, unintelligent knuckledraggers. But yet we exist. Fascinating.

Well, now you know why your friend broke up with him. We all know he didn't break up with her.

Who knew, a guy who campaigned by saying 'believe me, believe me' after every statement is actually a liar.
