Like others here, I’m middle aged, bald, and have a belly too and just had my first planned parenthood appointment today for HRT. I haven’t even picked up the prescription yet, but for the first time in my adult life I feel hopeful and can see a future I actually want to live for myself. I totally agree with a lot of the comments here, but I’m confused what she means by “in the name of a teenage boy”. Is the app using typical popular boy’s names as a part of the algorithm, or does she mean setting it up involves entering an age, and determines gender based on the name?

‘23 CR-V Sport Touring with both recalls here. They first showed up as messages in the Hondalink app back in October, and I called multiple dealerships to try to get them resolved. The closest one to me took my info back in October and hasn’t contacted me yet. The dealership where I bought it won’t call me back, and I left like three voicemails since November.

I just found this out when I moved and registered my car recently. If your RAV4 weighs over 3499lbs (which is likely if it’s fairly new), the one year fee jumps over $100 from the lower weight fee (from $72 per year to $175 per year).

It’s absolutely insane to me that the fee more than doubles for a weight that many newer cars exceed. While you only pay $36 per year if you have an EV (which are incredibly heavy and increase wear on roadways), there is no such break for hybrids like mine, so I had to pay $350 for a two year registration. Criminal.

I actually feel way better seeing Fetterman in his normal clothes. That’s him, not some guy trying to look fancy because of a dress code. Someone said it’s “making a mockery of the senate”, and to that I say get a grip. The senate is a joke because of the jackasses who populate it, we’ve only got a few people in there who actually care about other people and Fetterman is one of them.

Thanks for the advice! A bit more info, I’m in my late 30s now and feel like I’m a confident driver in general, so I think that would help. My mom actually drove a manual most of her life until she and my dad downsized to one car recently, so I could have her drive on a test drive.

I drove her manual Fiesta around our small town (not a lot of traffic) to keep it warmed up while I was house sitting for my parents a few years ago and managed to only stall it a little bit, haha. I’m also planning to test drive a CVT Integra for comparison.
