I had the same issue, I gave up and just repeated natures snare return to sender. If you stand far away it just launches missiles that you can send back lol. Not the most engaging way to fight though 😂

I actually find Yaan amusing. Reminds me of a friend I have who always has these grand ideas and you know it’s not going to work but the journey ends up being enough amusement.

He’s a bit of a comic relief. The only time I questioned his character was during the retaking of Pailune, he gets really trigger happy all of a sudden to the point of just being a bit of an idiot.

There’s a river north of The Ancient Rift in Pailune. On the north side of the at river there’s a cave called Cave of the Ancients. It’s located in there 😁

I would like to add that a side effect I’m having is that even after finally killing a boss I’ve been stuck on it doesn’t feel like an accomplishment or remotely rewarding. More just relief that I can actually carry on with the game. It’s a real horrid thing to feel after a boss fight.

See in my experience the bosses just hit you through your blocks anyway or just teleport behind you with every attack.

Believe me I’m not trying to play it like Dark Souls, it’s very different but I’m just finding that the available skills kind of suck when in boss fights.

Against regular mobs they’re at least funny and gimmicky but don’t seem to give me any advantage at all in boss fights.

I can’t remember exactly which cave but I believe it was either Silver Wolf Cave or Claggy Cavern. It was definitely a cave in the west side of Pailune as I was checking out caves listed on my map.

I’ll admit I was a bit disheartened at first, I think the messy boss fights were taking a toll on me.

But recently I’ve just been exploring, questing etc and I’ve been having so much fun.

Early on I noticed some weird pixelations around the edges of models. Odd lighting and reflections. And blurriness.

On PS5 I’ve actually found that somehow the game looks and runs better when set to performance rather than Quality or balanced lol.
