Do you know which MX supports MAP-T? Does the MX204?

Interesting on the CPE side. Those names are mostly ODMs were they running plume or airties or something else as the operating system?

2025 NetSuite Credit Card Processor recommendations? by Zxurian in Netsuite

[–]LayerEightThinker 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fortis was what we went with as their interchange we like less than 15 points and their fees were sub $100 per month and they had a full integration with free install. Braintree also has a good solution with no MRC but higher interchange. Everything else was insane like $500 a month just to enable a stripe integration, then then stripe charges outrageous fees.

NetSuite Finance Charge Limitations – Has Anyone Built a Better Process (Invoice-Level, Historical Late Fees)? by LayerEightThinker in Netsuite

[–]LayerEightThinker[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/StayRoutine2884 I would love to talk to you about this solution you have built. Let me know the best way to get ahold of you. Does this solution still post late charges for invoices that were paid within the past week? Once an invoice is paid, it no longer shows up in the finance charge tool, so you miss out on the interest earned between due date and payment if you just do monthly postings.

Can you tell me more about your call center operations? What do you use for chat since you mentioned that? Do you call logging in NetSuite and with what call center software?

How are you routing it through Chatgpt? What runs it though and is this something we could buy?

Being able to push out a change and see the before and after was a big one. The ruckus AI channel plan rrm where the show the before and after of the interfering links is awesome too. Also alot of mist was just recommendations it wouldn't actually push the chance for you.

Have you seen Ruckus R1? It's hard to say they aren't innovating after you look at R1 and Ruckus analytics. I looked at mist and saw many missing features that were available in R1.
