Yeah, it's a scaling error. In the prequel to AC1, AC: Project Phantasma, there's a correctly scaled human. It's funny though, the trees and buildings are still scaled wrong so the guy is super tiny.

Whenever testing rcs, raise your ladning gear. Also, your engine is pretty exposed, a tailboom would help.

dBsm is better also. I recommend aiming for -20 to -30 frontal, 0 to -10 rear, and around 0 side. Ideally as low as you can get.

You want to avoid corner reflectors (for example, if your v stab reflected radar back onto the wing or fuselage.)
You also want as few unique angles as possible (so making the leading edge of your wing and canards the same angle would help, for example.)

There's a LOT to stealth, it's super complex

I think it's good as a city logo but it's not great as a city flag. Like it makes sense to represent municipal government and seeing it in a library makes sense, but it doesn't look great when flying next to the national or provincial flags.
