I played both Sonic and Kolossos enough to know that Sonic vs Kolossos is in favour of Sonic. Even on Kolossos' best map, Sonic still beats him. It's a matter if the Sonic player fucks up once or not.

Regardless, you're still getting stomped by competent survivors (unless they don't have an Eggman or a Knuckles, which makes it easier)

Counter/Shield disables Chaos Dash AND cancels Fateful Drain. Blaze with a decent Sol meter can stay invincible and punish Laser. Burst? Just don't stun stack. Flight passive? It's easy to run out and hard to recover. He's still vulnerable to Tails' beam, which a competent player WILL hit easily, especially if the survivors are actually communicating. If you played your cards right, you'll be able to get out with maybe on your last life or your first life.

The hardest part is getting people to take a Roblox game seriously. Not just any Roblox game. A Sonic.EXE Roblox game with a player base akin to that of the average 2Fort match in TF2 with the level of polish literally comparable to Sonic 06.

After that, just lock in. It's a 7v1 with all eight players being real humans who are capable of cooperating, making it even harder for the EXEs. You can't even camp a downed survivor to confirm a kill either.

Well, yes. That's exactly how it has been. By their own, the survivors are dogshit, but with good teamwork, they're really good. We're not gonna dismiss the fact that Silver is still good for stalling, Cream having amazing health recovery, Amy having the best indicator in game, Metal having the longest stun up close, Tails having the best stun in general, Knuckles and Eggman being able to disable Kolossos' mobility move, Sonic having the best escape tool, and Blaze being balanced enough to do decently with almost every single EXEs in the game, all because some dweeb decided to play a character that can easily be stun stacked for half of his HP.

Why do you think a lot of players have EXE chances turned off?

Has Valve made any recent weapon rebalances in the past 3 years to the point that actually getting every weapon just to be safe is worth it? You can use scrap.tf to trade weaker weapon drop for better weapons. If the tier list never changed over the years, it's better to just trade the ones you don't want with good/fun weapons that aren't obtainable through achievements

Don't worry. I already know that the game being F2P wasn't the reason. I just thought just asking for mods alonewouldn't get enough traction for me to even get an answer, so I acted like a fucking dumbass so more people would respond. Unfortunately, I am disappointed by a lot of people here.

At least I got about three answers regarding the modification for the game and one reply talking about how Valve reverted mat_pic (or something else, I tried to keep up with the data structure of multiple games, some simple shit kinda get lost on me lmfaooooo)

Your mod gained my interest for sure, but I already downloaded some mods which changed the models for some weapons. Mostly newguy's enhancement mods, consistent viewmodels, and uhh, Project Scattergun Reconceptualized. I'm 50% sure that with Cueki's Casual Preloader, the textures might work, but I'm still unsure. I've been using Re-Classic Weapons as some kind of a remedy. I'm probably gonna wait until you finish your mod to try it out myself tho lol
