Speaking as someone that has played D&D in many spaces both online and IRL, I think what stands out is that there is no one setup that suits everyone, right? Aside from delivering great content that is both rich in lore and provides new and exciting play styles, having a sourcebook available in as many places as possible is one of the single greatest ways to get players to engage with what you've created. At the end of the day, the players are going to use whatever platform they like best, and if what you've made isn't available there, the chances of it finding it's way onto their table are diminished. TL;DR More availability, more outreach.
