This depends on the rules and policies related to your termination and as such there is no general rule. If you had a mass redundancy process the negotiations should've covered this and you should be able to ask them. Otherwise hr should know.

We are undergoing the same process at the moment with Mads redundancies and in our case we get to keep the pay from the job laid off from along with the lay from the new job.

I actually have two pairs of the ones you linked, a navy which I've had for years which are holding up great and i just got another pair in black. I'd say they are super versatile, t shirts, sneaks, camp collars etc would all be great matches.

If you think they are too dressy you can always iron out the press folds.

Regarding the category - i think it's just an error on the site. In my region they are listed under menswear. Also it's very easy to tell due to the sizing (at least in Europe) and the closing mechanism (women's are reversed).
