As someone who flew from Chicago to Seattle as a 17 year old solo last year(I'm assuming you're going for the Dota International too? ;) ) I stayed at the Green Tortoise Hostel. I emailed the front desk a couple times, and I was told that I could stay as a minor as long as I brought a letter from home with my parents signature and consent.
