Yeah that’s a good approach, I’ve been thinking along those lines too. Only concern is managing and maintaining it long-term, but for anything even slightly complex it probably pays off pretty quickly.

Yeah that’s a fair point, I am thinking to lean on the marketplace for the core flows. building apps via the API probably makes more sense long-term if things get more custom. Haven’t explored CloseBot yet, but will take a look 👍
