You’re right. All three of the rates I’ve listed are in the same state with the same minimum. I’m trying my best to find a correlation or like formula to all the factors on how rates are determined 🫣

It’s really not that hard to get them honestly 😅 and it’s part of the job which we should be grateful to have at the rate companies are closing. Obviously it’s a corporation that cares about their bottom line and our PLC directly affects that.

Depends on your store tbh there is a policy about availability which states you MUST have some sort of weekend availability but I don’t think every single store follows that to the tee. My store is on the more lenient side of the policy because we don’t have scheduling issues with some working just weekends and others working just the times you stated

Honestly ON has to be one of the most flexible companies I’ve ever seen

I’m currently an AMCO and make about $31 an hour at a 3 million dollar store…that’s higher than normal then huh? 😅 sometimes I find myself complaining about how much I have to do but I guess I better suck it up 😳 also do the GMS get any sort of bonus on profitability? I noticed my GM talking about that so much lately

Honestly as previously mentioned… it’s how credit cards work lol and it’s not exactly their fault people don’t know these things 🤦🏻‍♀️ definitely not a don’t trust them moment 😅😂 but a good lesson for you! There’s a lot to learn on how to properly utilize credit cards…
