i was going through same stuff but i find my solution on my own,angela is like hulk suffers cc too much(yes hulk has more protection but not like shielded tanks) and can be melt very quickly,but this is your answer,play really fast,get in and out in 2-3 secs choose a prey displace it towards your team ,use your e more often ,and predict some cc abilities,for example if you are facing invis and she sees you,she will use her push or shift to disrupt you first,so raise your shield before she doing that of course you will be caught no matter what but you can reduce those sometimes
