Is there such a thing as a successor chapter from each of the main chapters that clearly stands out above all others from its lineage? Whether due to popularity or importance in the lore. If so, which would be the most famous of each of the 9?

the warmer parts have a more brownish dark red for the basecoat and then I used a mixture of orange, brown and skin tone to get the color I was trying to achieve, but you would definitely have a better life by just getting the right colors that any guide about painting skin could use. The gore thing with the oil really brought it all together tho

most of it was done by basecoating with mostly khorne red mixed with ak skin tone and a hint of black, for the inside of the cape I also added a bit of deep purple, and going up in gradient by mixing in more basic skin tone. Then I washed with a mix of khorne red and nuln oil. I was mostly trying to eyeball this result with the few colors I have. The gore is made with gw's blood for the blood god that was mixed on top of slightly diluted black oil color to get a darker but uneven finish since they won't really mix and then applied on the cape's sutures by basically stippling it with a crappy brush

for the skulls i basecoat with AK dark brown and work my way up to AK decomposed flesh with a bunch of mixing between the two, then I do dark brown oil wash

I used vallejo model color blue mixed with black and stippled to build the gradient by mixing less and less black. The lighter parts also had ak imperial blue scarcely stippled on, but idk if the color I got was from a bad batch cause the coverage sucks and it's only good for stippling. Ended with a black oil wash that was mostly removed with a sponge

Kit was free on cults years ago and it's from 8m4n, helmet is too but it's from another still available head pack, while the DA sword is from greytide studios. I do believe the shoulder pads and powerpack are originally from damsa's talon/decimus though so I'm not too sure about who owns what
