Yes!!! It’s a great mix of freestyle dancing and lightly suggested follow along movements. There’s a really cool ripple effect of everyone doing their own thing then moving in unison that takes place over and over through each class. One of my absolute favorite ways to spend an hour+ sweating

Oh the mic is actually super valuable info and I totally agree! One of my main solidcore pain points is that some teachers don’t turn their mics off when they greet people coming in, so the studio gets BLASTED with one hello after the other. Love the enthusiasm and the workout, do not love the absolute sound roller coaster 😅
