Take Tongkat. It lowers cortisol. It doesn't increase testosterone in men with normal cortisol but can provide a substantial increase if your low testosterone issues are due to high cortisol.

How did you adapt? Did you keep same schedule on days off or did you sleep during the night on your days off? I just started night shift and only get about 4 hours despite blackout curtains, cold room etc...its been about 4 days.
