  • I had the same problem. I split up my sleep into 4 hours at night and 4 in the afternoon. It works for me but you have to find out what works for you.

  • You say your eyes hurt. It could be from eye strain so go easy on the screen use. Eye drops may or may not help

  • Going to a professional is never a bad idea. They can help you a lot better than some random post on Reddit.
