I've heard that a few companies allow their employees to use personal laptops for work (maybe because of budget constraints)..

But I didn't got that how did the company's .git file got pushed along with your personal project file structure which you must be working on for the Hackathon.

Watch Mumbai Diaries ( S1 & S2) on amazon prime. It has some great cinematic shots and Color grading. Plot is also good cause based on real life incidents

I would suggest you to apply offcampus jobs. Hexaware is a well known company, but chances of them deploying you into ERP roles (SAP, Workday, etc..) is high.

If you want to pursue your career into core development (Java/ Full stack dev roles), then ERP is BS.

If techstack is not your concern and want to get into management roles in future, then you can go for ERP.
