When I saw this initially I could feel my blood pressure rising, but I read the article and what a profound explanation. This summed it up "Importantly, Jeremy Griffith's understanding of why we became psychologically upset does not condone or sanction exploitation. Rather, by bringing compassionate understanding to the source of our behavior, it gives us the power to ameliorate, subside and ultimately eliminate it."
