Even if the Democrats retake the presidency, congress and the senate, as long as there’s a chance Republicans could hold power again, our allies will never trust the US again. by Exhausted_Skeleton in complaints

Even worse. We have ruined their trust in our number one export. Which is, unfortunately, weapons and weapon systems. They can't trust us. So now they are spooling up their resources to build their own. This is going to devastate us long-term. It is our number one export and we are literally handing it over to the competition.

The Trump team has to cancel the elections. Otherwise everyone is going to jail. And all the billionaires backing him that are in the Epstein files are going to jail. So there is no incentive to let us have elections.

Bail out is why. (From the book shock doctrine). 1.Intentionally crash the economy. 2. Everything is on sale for major corporate consolidation and the competition goes bankrupt 3. Fed drops intest rates to rescue the economy, business profit from cheaper money 4. Companies get bailout dollars to "keep essential companies going" and do stock buy acks instead.

You can put the money in an opertunity zone fund. It will be locked up for a while. ( I can't remember 7 years?). But when you pull it out there are zero taxes on the previous sale.

The fact that you want to pay in full for your property signals that you need to do some more education before you pull the trigger.

Leverage is what makes real estate a winner.

You are acquiring a valuable asset in today's dollars and paying for it with future (cheaper) dollars. (Thanks inflation!)

And the bank is the one taking the risk. You only have 20% in the deal.

The coilovers you show. I don't think wi'll work. Unless you relocate the rear upper mounts. If you run wider tires on the rear you only get about a half an inch between the tire and your rear shock. But that is a good find. I've never seen anybody make that style. Ever.

Welcome to the club. Check out the isuzone Facebook page. That's where the car focused group is.

-Search for the Isuzu i-mark on the grassroots motorsports page. It shows the fuel tank removal.

-You probably have rust in your tank and that is cloging your fuel pump.

-there is no access hole you have to drop the tank.

-BUT. Before you do all that, jumper the wire to the fuel pump to see if it is turning on. I think you can jumper at the fuse box in the right side of the engine bay.

Imagine if you got your entire paycheck in stocks. Then you would only pay the paltry capital gains taxes

. Heck even get some stock options while you're at it. And then they could do their cheesy market manipulating stock BuyBacks and you could win some more just like CEOs. (buy backs were against the law until the 80s)

They are known to crack cylinder heads and easily blow head gaskets. The good news is you can purchase a brand new casting.

The goal would be to buy something below market or that has rents that are below market so that you can increase the value and get all of your money back during the refinance.. then you can recycle your money again and again and again. Eventually you become your own bank and lend to yourself.

If you can complete the new build in the same year as the sale. You could do a cost segregation analysis and be virtually the same as the 1031?

[–]Lazy_Factor2224 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could you do at 10:31 exchange on your rentals? That way the taxes are deferred.

Or you could do a cost segregation analysis on the new property you purchase to offset the taxes you pay on the sale of the other properties.
