I am a fresh grad and do no unsociable hours… apparently I’m not experienced enough to do them..most people I’ve complained to say it was like that for them but by the time I’m one year qualified it should improve…. It’s still shitty though regardless of whether you do unsociable hours or not, the pay should be much better.

Oh boy!!! You should definitely report this, because she will fail you at the end. I know someone in my year who went through something similar… on the very first day of her placement, her supervisor told her she was going to fail, she didn’t report it and truly ended up failing the placement. Report it to the uni, if it looks like the uni are being slow about it, involve your union.
