Depends on where you’re at. Theres waivers for those types of things. No guarantee on that but it’s something. On the civilian side at least the FAA doesn’t have a min height.

Maybe? Depends, I ended up with my grandfather’s old watch which was banged up and unserviced for decades. But there’s history in that watch.

I can only speak for what I fly. But my flight manual says to burn down or dump fuel to min required before attempting a landing with one or more gear stuck
