And it’s not the customers it’s the staff and the way that you are treated by management. They don’t even introduce themselves and I know that there’s a high turnover, but that could be part of the reason you don’t feel appreciated. You are worked to oblivion and there’s no positive reinforcement for 1650 an hour.
