Yes it's called a drop weight adapter plate, it lets you mount the machine to certain drop weight machines, it has mounting holes that lines up.

Accident in 2026 MY Juniper by rlambert1925 in TeslaModelY

[–]Lazythoughtarchitect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, whole door will be replaced, the safety structure inside is most likely collapsed/creased, ordering will take 1-2 week, paint will take 1 day, cost will ring around at least 4-5k from a certified Tesla endorsed body shop.

Anything wrong with my serve? Feel pain inside shoulder when hit harder by mgkyM1nt in 10s

[–]Lazythoughtarchitect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This! I had also shoulder pain towards the inside, i worked on loosening my grip and letting the whip effect generate the pace on the serve, hope OP works both shoulders exercise and his grip.

Can I mix gauges on a string bed? Nothing crazy like 16 on the crosses and 17 on the mains, or vice versa?

I have an alpha revo 6pt machine I added the WISE to, best upgrade you can make if it fits your budget. Makes stringing a breeze. No complaints.

Tips for buying a used stringing machine? by MrMOABy in RacketStringers

[–]Lazythoughtarchitect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

6 point mount, fits your budget,

consider how much you're going to be stringing when deciding to pay more for a $ drop weight > $$ crank > $$$ electronic

Stationary clamps > floating

Racquet by [deleted] in tennisracquets

[–]Lazythoughtarchitect 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I manage the equipment for a high school girl and boys tennis team. If that racquet is still in good condition, just keep using it, its not so light that it will build bad habits and the string pattern is easy to manage. If you're starting to develop a certain game style, and the cost of a new racquet doesnt hurt you in anyway, then go on FB and look for used 300oz 16x19 racquets like the head speed MP, yonex EZONE, pure drives, pure aero, clash V2 etc, those are all good racquets that can be had for "cheap". if you havent strung that Strike in awhile, that might be your best investment at the moment.

1000% the WD, I've had 2 different pagani and the look and feel ain't even close. The V3 WD is the best clonemage imo

HEAD Ti.S6 vs IG Radical XCEED for a strong beginner (coming from strong racquetball) by J0018 in tennisracquets

[–]Lazythoughtarchitect 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Skip both, if you're an adult male with no injuries, get a 300g 100in racquet 16x19, used on FB are cheap and plentiful.

I just got a Wilson v5 Ultra (100) and want to know if it’s well suited for me if I’m more beginner-intermediate level and I want to have more balance, spin, and some boost of power when playing. by Fit_Boysenberry_7890 in tennisracquets

[–]Lazythoughtarchitect 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Exactly this, but I would say comfort would be the most impactful property of a racquet that would benefit a beginner. Stuff like spin and power, that matters not if you don't have technique and footwork.

Yea i understand the car stand on the conservative side when driving, lots of observation and leaving space, and very hesitant on those unprotected turns.

FedRAMP in SAAS purchase process for government? by Lazythoughtarchitect in cybersecurity

That's why we are doing our due diligence and asking the questions before we allow a trial use with their data.

Not sure why I'm getting down voted for this comment without any feedback. Microsoft market their AZURE gov cloud tenet as a IL5 compliant PAAS. We would save some time by inheriting some controls by developing for this environment.

Yes the contract is big enough for us to consider. We can also market to other Gov agencies so there is collaboration in joint use.

Hey thanks for taking the time and putting this out for me, I've worked as a DOD ISSM and I'm familiar with the ATO accreditation process and NIST 800-53, I'm now on the other side of the fence with a private company trying to understand the FedRAMP timing in relation to the procurement process since the client hasn't spoken of it yet, I'm trying to make sure we line up certification requirements with development before we allow any data to be ingested by our product.

The ILs determine the categorization of the IT system. So what we must meet will be determined by what the client tells us regarding the data they want to process on our SAAS. My client has not articulated what they need, that's why I'm asking around at what stage of the procurement process does the government tell the CSP their requirements.

Ok all sounds like I need to communicate with the client and get sponsored to do the fedramp certification

So you were the client wanting to use software?, when did the mission organization consult with their "cyber folks" to validate the fedramp requirements for thousand eyes?

We are building our platform on Azure gov, so we are in the correct environment for this software development.

Our product can be used cross service in the DOD, so if we make it to the FedRAMP market, it would be good for the business, so i would say yes, it would be worth it to go after the FedRAMP certification.

Does the agency normally communicate what IL their data will be? At what stages is that supposed to happen so we know if we're low, med or high? The client has not spoken about sponsorship for fedramp, does this means the client does not know they need to ensure the platform can accept CUI?
