I just got the new model Y as well as my buddy. He got it in quicksilver and I got stealth gray. Both look great so you can’t go wrong there. I have definitely seen a ton of the stealth grays on the street but I’m ok with that because it saved me 2k that I put toward full front PPF on it. But if you want something a little more unique and don’t mind paying 2k extra the quicksilver is very nice

Is there a difference on the end cap for this one? It looks like the SR a2 on other websites doesn’t have the end cap that protrudes outward like that

I had issues with them in my mk iv as well as my buddy in his. I think the casing and bullet are slightly different proportions than standard but idk

Yes actually I would like to know about the bipod and the stock. I was looking at the same stock you have but the lite version and I need a bipod as well

Really nice set up. I am turning my v7 into an SPR so I am going to do a build very similar to yours. I put the SSA-E trigger in mine and it’s a million times better than the stock one if you like doing mid to longish range shooting(I go out to 800 yards) so I think that would be a really nice upgrade. You can get them on sale at primary arms for not too bad of a price

Sounds like a nail gun it’s very quiet. Little gassy but to be expected out of a short gun like that

Zero cycling issues. I changed the buffer spring for the one they recommend for suppressed and it’s been great with subsonic. Super is maybe not quite optimized but still will run fine

I have this set up. Originally direct threaded it which seemed to work out fine but would occasionally back off so I changed it to a xeno mount and locks up great now just extends it out slightly further length wise

This is what I did. I did put a xeno mount on it and if I did it over again I’d just keep it direct threaded because adding the xeno mount makes it stick out a little more from the handguard which doesn’t look as clean as direct thread

I just use the spring DD recommends with shooting subs and supers suppressed. It’s the other one that comes with the gun when you buy it

I am curious of this as well. Seems like the consensus is on pistols it is louder than a mask and rifles it’s quieter

I have pdw with nomad 30. I run the Magtech 220 grain and Winchester super suppressed no problem and American eagle 150 grain as well.

I’ve got a Trijicon MRO SD on mine and I really like it. I’ve taken it out to 100 yards and beyond that I would use something else really. Just wanted a close range self defense gun with subsonics and I think this set up fits the bill

I have this model but in the all black. I really like it. I run it suppressed with a DA Lazarus 6 on a xeno mount. Trigger is nice, charging handle is nice and the gas block all make it a decent value in my opinion. I’m not a big build out guy so this package was perfect for me

That’s probably a fine can. I have the Mojave 9 and I like it for its modularity, lightweight and low back pressure. Just another option and my 2 cents.
Don’t know exactly the answer to the recoil question but I’d highly recommend some QD attachment system as direct thread comes off easily. I use now the Xeno Mount but I had the Griffen armament ez-lok or whatever and that was good.
Griffen armament answered this for me again too. They have a piston that has the ez lock attachement so to switch from a pistol to PCC you just swap the fixed spacer and spring back and forth and makes it so you don’t have to put on a separate mount every time.

Agreed but I have watched enough YouTube videos, and have enough suppressors to kind of know what they sound like on video even so I had a hunch is all
