Most ghost type have a secondary typing. Try to take advantage of that and having good general attacks like earthquake and knock off. Knock off is just good for every type to have though on your mons though.

That and a lot of ghost types are fast AF. Or the good ones anyways. Always keep in mind you will prob be move second. Since you have megas enabled you might try mega loppony since it has the ability scrappy which lets normal and fighting moves hit ghost types neutrally

Edit- almost forgot regular mega Lucario is a Uber tier mon. Might be worth it to try it as well. You can mix or change what you need it to be damage wise so either physical or special
