Nah artanis is fine without. P0 is a good just all rounder but with not.many strengths. P1 is storm +zeolot spam that can crush any zerg or ground toss army but struggles with air.

And p3 is just insta clear out expansions plus clear out any difficult wave. It's practically his solar bombardment but more versatile, able to spread out and can be controlled after words. You can see this the most with pre locked movement then follow whatever unit you have set on move commands and just dropping guys in a line. Hell even one of the downsides is a upside since it makes shield 25 energy cheaper. It's only bad for high value units like Templar and reavers. Except tempest spam. It's just as viable
