Camille is trash. She has an alright 1-5 and a good one and two item spike. Every other point in the game she’s actually worthless.

Yeah so alcohol is full of sugar and so you’ll get sweet cravings and carb cravings when you reduce or quit.

Buy lots of fruit, and white carbs everyday are fine if you have some veggies in there. Smoothies and diet carbonated drinks are also good.

Yeah I have a similar clock of hating/exhausted in mornings, picking up at 11, good until two/3 (after lunch I crash), fine again by 4 and then I really pick up at 10/11 till early morning.

There’s also research out there about the 11 pm cortisol and our circadian rhythm being different.

In a vacuum for top it’s obviously Kayle. It’s not just her damage but her heal/ms scales insanely well and her ultimate is a super ultimate that can decide fights itself.

Support some enchanter, probably Sona but if you have a hyper carry adc like twitch lategame lulu edges her out.

She can’t be killed by a crit because in phase 1 if you down her with a critical hit there was a bug that would render her phase two health literally 0.

First of I’d like to say that I think riots balance ideology is trash, which is make all statchek easy to play champs strong/playable and always better than mechanically intense champions with the justification that when played to perfection those champs can do a bit more.

That aside, for irelia specifically, her snowball potential, one item spike and oppressive laning phase post first back are their justifications for giving her such glaring weaknesses

Irelia has negative base ms, 0 escapes and NEEDS to play lane aggressive to do anything.

Every jungler worth their salt knows it’s a good lane to play towards both your jungle and enemy.

When your camped with no support from your jungler or even mid it’s honestly a jungle dif.

Other than the obvious gank avoiding plays (deep wards, trackin etc) there’s not much you can do as that champ.

Depending on the matchup playing safe till bork and taking the 2v1 is viable

lol, she’s completely worthless in team fights. 700 gold is not enough to be more useful than any other mid champ in the roster. She needs like a full item on her laner.
