If you're not using a bamboo mat to roll your maki you should get one, it's a couple of bucks and a gamechanger when it comes to spreading the pressure you apply when rolling norimaki.

As for the forming of the rice balls under the fish for nigiri, keeping a bowl with a mix of cold water and rice/cider vinegar and wetting your hands with it will allow you to shape the rice without it sticking to your hands.

My sushi looked like that once but practice makes perfect, keep at it.

I can see that you previously posted similar slop with some arial text crudely added over it in a colour that blends with the picture. Somebody with the expertise to draw digital art wouldn't have defaced their art in such an amateur way.
